Stephen Schappler
Stephen grew up playing classical music and touring with indie pop and rock bands until one day he decided to make records on his own. After studying music and production at Indiana University Jacobs School of Music he re-located to New York City to work at Electric Lady Studios, and then Dubway Studios.
Stephen's engineering and production style is heavily anchored by a deep understanding of music, sound, and electronics. He believes that recording should be fun, engaging, and effortless for artists and producers. Always up for creative experimentation, he often mixes his classical training and techniques with modern rock and pop.
